SamuEL NOEL

TREASURE ADVERTISING

Samuel Noel is the Co-Owner/CEO of Treasure Advertising, a powerhouse in Commercial Real Estate and AEC marketing. As a full-service agency, Treasure handles everything marketing-related, from helping developers secure public incentives to boosting subcontractors’ commercial business.

With his KS & MO real estate licenses, Samuel offers more than just clever ideas. He brings cutting-edge strategy, industry-specific tactics, and a strong understanding of marketing compliance to the table.
Samuel’s journey started at a security tech startup, working alongside the owner in the owner’s garage. He played a key role in growing the company from a 6-person team to a 40-person organization. His hands-on experience evaluating marketing firms exposed major gaps in the industry’s approach. With strong sales numbers and encouragement from his advisors, Samuel knew it was time to launch his own venture—and so, Treasure Advertising was born.

The name “Treasure” is rooted in a saying from his upbringing: “People are our Treasure.” At Treasure, this belief drives everything they do. They prioritize genuine value for people, and the results speak for themselves. Whether it’s clients, employees, or partners, they live by the principle that “People are our Treasure.” This commitment extends beyond business, as they actively volunteer in the Kansas City community and frequently contribute to give-back campaigns.

Four years later, Samuel and his sister Jessica’s firm, Treasure Advertising, acquired an office building in midtown, where they also run an Airbnb and manage their 7-member team. Samuel was recognized as one of “20 in Their Twenties” in 2022. He’s an active member of CCIM, holds the marketing chair in Accelerent KC, and is excited to be an active contributor to CCC Nation.
